Most of the accelerated programs that I know of require a minimum 2.5 grade point average in the prerequisite classes to be accepted. My friend, who is an LPN with a BS degree in public health, did get accepted into an Accelerated BSN program with a 2.6 grade point average, but it was at a noncompetitive private university with a pricey tuition of $42,000.
University of Michigan looks at their applicants holistically. I think it might be a good school to consider. I was accepted and feel that they looked at me as more than just a candidate with a fair GPA but took into consideration my experience, and personal essays.
Check it out, it may be worth your while

I am an LPN with a Bachelors in business. I am not the best classroom student, I have great clinical grades, but I struggled a bit in the classroom setting (passed everything, and did manage to get my license). Are there any accelerated programs that do not just look at GPA??
