APRN in Va

Hi all,

I have a question!! If somebody is holding the MSN degree fron country other than US, does he/she will be eligible for getting licensed as APRN?

Any response would be appreciated!!

    Yeah, have gone through it earlier too. It seems like conclusion is.. a US MS is a must :(
