Hi all,

I have a question!! If somebody is holding the MSN degree fron country other than US, does he/she will be eligible for getting licensed as APRN?

Any response would be appreciated!!

What country? Did you review that VABoN requirements for APRN? They are all specialty licenses in VA

Looks like it must be a program approved by a US accrediting agency, see "definitions" in 18VAC90-30-10 in document linked below

Yeah, have gone through it earlier too. It seems like conclusion is.. a US MS is a must :(

I didn't think too many other countries recognized and licensed advanced practice nurse practitioners
