Applying For Nursing Position

I found out i passed NCLEX-PN on Wednesday, through Pearson Vue's quick results; am i now able to actively seek employment as an LPN?? I thought i had to physically have my license in hand before applying; however, i am a CNA and was told i can no longer work as a CNA once i have license in hand, so i would no longer be employed before applying if i had to wait...so so confused here......please help!! Thank you

You can apply for a job while waiting for the license to get sent to you.

You can still work in that role while waiting for the license to be sent, your job does not automatically stop. The issue is that one will not hire you for the CNA position if you hold the LPN license, but this is a different case since you are already working there.

Congratulations on passing of your exam.
