2023 Applications to UBC and UVic NP program

Hi all,

I've applied to both programs to start in September 2023, and wanting to commiserate with anyone else who is anxiously waiting to hear. Looking back at previous years I'm feeling a bit discouraged since the admissions average seemed to be higher than I had been told by colleagues. Anyhow, let me know if you also applied and when you hear back from schools! Wishing you all the best of luck.

    I haven't been sent an official acceptance yet but my status says "Recommended by department".

    I just got an email from UBC with an acceptance offer! 
     

    They are giving people until April 4th to decide, so if you are waitlisted, you should know more by then!

    Do they give you the number you are on the wait list?

    When did you get the email? I haven't gotten an email yet ?

    Literally just now, at 11:45! Don't worry they're doing it seemingly individually so you should hear soon!

    Was that from UVic you got an acceptance letter?

    Has your status changed on their portal or does it still say "under review by department"?

    I believe there were some acceptance letters sent out.  I had a message to say I documents missing but may have sorted it out.  I have a weird question, if you could check, if you're able.  When you go to your myUNBC and go under student applications and click "Awards and Financial Aid" are you able to access it?  I used to not be able to but I seem to be able to now and I'm wondering if that means something.
