If you went the route of NY for initial licensure, they already have all of the information that they need. You can just mail in the application for the VSC and include payment, you do not need to send any other documents.

CGFNS and ICHP are essentially the same company and they share the documents that were already submitted.

I've already passed the NLEX_RN exams,no I want application for Visa Screen Certification. Before NLEX_RN exams, My native nurse school has sent original documents to CGFNS.

Now i want to apply for visa screen certification, Do i must want my country nurse schoole to sent my original transcript and licence to ICHP? Or myself to sent my original transcript and licence to ICHP? Or only a copy? i am now in NY.

I understand that completely, that it why I told you what you need to do. You applied for a license in NY by using the CVS, which is handled thru CGFNS. Visa Screen Certificate is handled thru ICHP which is a sister company of CGGNS and they share the documents that were already submitted on your behalf. You will have the same CGFNS # for both accounts. You only need to submit the application and the fee, they have the documents that are needed in their possession already.

Nothing else needs to be sent to ICHP from your country and school, they already have what they need at ICHP by way of CGFNS.

If you happen to take the time to read the stickies that I have at the top of this forum, you will see that I always recommend NY for initial licensure, as you can use the same set of documents submitted for everything. You only need the three applications, CVS, VCS, and NY BON. The documents are submitted once to CGFNS and they cover the VSC and CVS. You just need to submit the application with payment, that is it.
