Apollo College

Anyone attending or planning to attend how are you paying for it? Specifically can you get enough financial aid to pay for it? Im confused since I thought fin aid limits were much lower.

If things go well I will be in the August class!

Thanks in advance!

I do not go to Apollo, however, you would be forced to take out private loans (Sallie Mae, Citiassist, etc.). There is a cap on the amount of federal aid you can get, but no cap on private loans.

I would be curious to know how others financed their education as well. I was hoping to get a Chapter 31 (vocation rehabilitation) from the Veterans Administration to help pay costs at Apollo, but have to apply for an administrative review. SO, what other options are there, Stafford (subsidized/unsubsidized), pell grant and private loans....I have heard that VHS (Valley Health System) has a program to help pay for your tuition in agreement to work there, but do not know of anyone that graduated from Apollo personally to verify this.
