Anyone work for Direct Difference?

I recently moved from the Boston area to Indiana. Prior to moving I was working as an RN in a Quality Improvement position. I've been having trouble finding a similar position here in Indiana. I've had interviews with several companies doing work from home type reviewing. The latest was Direct Difference. The position is as an independent contractor to abstract for core measures. Just wondering if anyone has worked with them? The interview seemed really informal and they offered me work on the spot but I haven't been able to come up with anything re: the company. Frankly, I'm a little scared to fill out the paperwork that was emailed to me if the company is a scam or something.

I was curious if you decided to pursue this company for a position and what your experience was? Thanks. I am interested in them as well.
