anyone, any ideas???

well, i have been trying to get liciensed to work in florida for over 2 yrs and have had a pretty hard time with various problems encountered. i wont go into detail as it will make it a HUGE thread!!!!! but this is my main problem and i wondered if anyone had an ideas??

basically i took my nclex on saturday and just found out i failed, but the problem is i dont know how to go about re-taking it??? nowhere explains what the re- take procedure is and my ATT expires soon. I understand i have to wait a period of time prior to retaking it and will require a new one. i dont have an agency to ask for advice (they went out of business, one of the many problems i had!!) so im feeling pretty alone right now.

any ideas??? would be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou soooo much. My head is still not with it. I found out online. just 1 more question though. How long do I have to wait to re-sit the nclex?? my ATT expires at the end of the month and I wanted to try and squeeze another test out of it, otherwise I have to pay for another too. Its already cost me a fortune as my agency were going to reemburse me some of my costs but went out of business prior to me getting anything back!!

According to the link I gave you you have to pay $105, wait for ATT and wait 45 days before you can retest from when you took the last NCLEX

Your ATT is already expired, it is only good for taking the exam one time, and you have done that. You will need to apply to Florida again, and resubmit an application to them and pay the fee. Then you will need to pay for the exam again to Pearson-Vue. You do not need to submit any of the verifications to Florida as they already have them.

You cannot squeeze another exam out of it, it no longer exists. You need to pay the fee for the exam again, as well as the fee to Florida.
