Anyone else try to create new business?

I have the most difficult time creating new nursing driven areas in my community because my ideas have "NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE" I am so frustrated...It seems I can fight the state and obtain licensing and status to do a variety of things, but fall short when it comes to finding funding!

I am just trying to create a healthy community with a Nursing focus...............UGH!!

I spend hours on this computer researching without success!

Is there anyone else out there like me?

Sometimes I feel so alone...............I have over 100 employees that I have to take care of........(I want to) I want to create really cool jobs for them and in return build my vision.

Again,Is there anyone else out there like me?

What type of business do you have, that you have 100 employees?

Supplemental Staffing and Home Health.....I worry about everyone when the supplemental staffing is slow, so therefore the ideas come to mind about community health...........

In the area of the Eastern US where I am living, the ideas of change and of consolidation of health groups is "unheard of" unlike the beautiful cooperation I witnessed in Seattle when I was a resident there.

It is a simple idea that I have, simply bring the "big" city ideas to this area.................

UGH!

I have great ideas and have been approved by the state for many, but then how do I pay the employees? No funding for the community sector unless you are set up as government.
