Any RN to BSN programs that don't require shadowing?

Does anyone know if there are any online RN to BSN programs that don't require shadowing ? As a full time working RN and full time mom I didn't realize more clinical like hours or shadowing would be necessary. I have a friend who did online during Covid and lucked out with this not being a requirement at the time. Just wondering if all school require similar? Any input is appreciated!! ?

Thank you so much for your information, I appreciate it! Capella said they will have an enrollment counselor call me tomorrow.

That's great! Let me know how it goes! ?

A year and a half later I can say Capella was AMAZING. I started in the middle of Feb 2023 and graduated end of March 2024 (12.5 months).

Does anyone have experience with WGU?  They say no clinicals, but when I talked with an advisor, the program requires a "clinical, but not really a clinical".  I wish the schools would explain in detail what these involve.  It is hard when working to see if a program will work for you.

Second question:  Has anyone completed an RN to MSN pathway?  If so, did you find obstacle to not technically having the BSN certification (which seems silly considering an MSN is a higher degree).

Third question (last one, I promise):  Has anyone encountered problems with transferring credits or securing employment after completing the subscription based programs?

Thanks in advance everyone!  I am considering my options.
