Any nurses work at Mary Immaculate Hospital?

I'm a TNCC student and we do our clinicals at MIH. I won't be able to give you any of the inside scoop as far as pay, benefits, and such.

I am qualified to tell you that the staff is great in Med/Surg (2B & 3B), LandD, and the wound care clinic. We got "pitched" a couple of weeks ago and they are competitive pay wise and of the staff I've met I'd say 85-90% like their job and the hospital. The other 10-15% fall into the categories of "they won't be happy" or "they have been held accountable, and don't like it".

MIH if you don't know, is a smaller community hospital in the Bon Secours network. One of the BS Hospitals recently got a major black eye related to use of restraints on an elderly patient, including criminal charges. I don't know any specifics and probably said too much already. That said, I am quite comfortable at MIH, satisfied with the care they deliver, and currently it's listed as my desired employer following graduation.

I work labor pool in the ED at Mary Immaculate, mostly evenings/nights.
