Hi everyone....
My first time posting, but I've been a lurker for about a year! Thanks to everyone for such a great informative site.
My question is in regards to the sciences. I am trying to finish my pre-req's by the fall of 2010. My school has anatomy and physiology as seperate classes. I really want to take anatomy this coming spring, but I can't take physiology until I have chemistry. So I can take chem next fall and then physiology in the spring of 2010. So anatomy and physiology I would take about a year apart. Do you think this would work? I can't take chem this spring because it doesn't fit in with my schedule, so that's not an option. If I can take anatomy this spring, I will finish a semester early than if I wait. I just want to make sure it won't make physiology harder for me if anatomy isn't "fresh" in my brain.
Any help would be appreciated, and I look very forward to coming back to this site again and again when I'm stuck and need help in a class!!

First, check other community colleges in the area and see if any of them offer a chemistry in spring that fits your schedule. If there is any possible way for you to take it in spring, I'd do that. Also, you might be able to take it in summer, and then do physiology in the fall.
Thanks for your reply, so are you saying take physiology before anatomy? Also, I don't think I can take chem at another college, I've thought of that, but I just live too far away, and with 3 kids I don't want to make school more difficult than it already will be. Ideally I know I should take chem first and then anatomy and then physiology. But there is no way to do that unless I wait until next fall, wasting this coming spring semester....

I took anatomy and chemistry together one semester and then I took micro in another semester and then physio in another. I would take anatomy before physio because it will make it so much easier.
No, I mean try and take chemistry in the summer, and then take physio in the fall. Take anatomy in spring.
