ANOTHER PVT thread.....

Ok, I've drudged through hundreds of pages and thousands of replies, and am still left wondering:

Is there a documented case of getting the "good pop up" and failing the NCLEX? Im only referring to the "good" pop up. Not if you checked before delivery successful, or if you live in CA.

I understand if this thread gets deleted or merged.

According to the poll on this site, only 13 people (roughly 2% of those who polled) said the trick didn't work. But like you, I haven't seen a thread where a person specifically posted that it didn't work. The poll doesn't specify whether a person received the pop-up and failed or if they got send to the credit card page but passed. There isn't a way to verfiy that the trick actually didn't work for those 13 people or if they wanted to throw people off.

I understand that you are nervous and want to be able to trust your results from the PVT. But the PVT isn't official and Pearson VUE doesn't claim that it works, and they never will. Most people trust that the PVT works until they use if for their own test. And then they doubt it until they get the actual results. But thousands of people have stated that it worked for them- isn't that enough? Since you are going to get your quick results or find out from the BON anyway, does it truely matter if there was one instance when it didn't work?

Thank you for your nice response Ashley.

I suppose I just have trust issues!

Well when it comes to your own test, nobody trusts the pvt without a signed document from the owner of pearson vue. :-)

I would be more concerned with the validity of the official results received from one's Board.
