The above solution is an excellent way obviously so an anonymous civilian panel or committee should be established that can be given the problems and polled as to solutions. Similar to a jury. 

Do not leave it up to the platforms to regulate themselves. There are many Zuckerbergs, Murdochs and Dorseys waiting in the wings with similar pathological personalities and we were a whisker away from possibly oblivion if he had been re-elected. 

Putin is still out there. Information MUST BE REGULATED carefully especially with the current Supreme Court composition. 

Biden has to stack the Supreme Court now and get the decisions he requires to safeguard our futures before a Cotton, Hawley or Cruz gets elected. 

    The platforms should be liable for the content that they publish.  Accountability should follow profit.
