ANCC Certification

I submitted my application and materials to the ANCC 4 weeks ago and have not gotten my authorization to test. When I look on the ANCC website, under my certification application "status," it says "initial." Is it normal to say initial after 4 weeks? And is it normal to wait over 4 weeks? I've tried emailing but have gotten no response. Thank you!

    Once it has started being processed you should get an email from a rep that will be handling your authorization.

    Are you sure everything has been sent including the letter from your program?
