Advance nursing assistant.

What exactly are they, does it pay more than a cna, wanting to get into nursing currently transport driver @ night, plan is to go to school to be ana first then on to the ladder one rung @ a time to the top to be a future RN.

I've never heard that title, sorry. It may be regional or even local to your town. The best thing would be to ask whoever hires CNAs and other job titles.

Level I has the most severely injured. That is what the trauma centers are called.

I have never heard of an Advanced Nursing Assistant, it is probably the title that they use for Patient Care Technicians that also draw blood, do blood sugar checks, etc..and perhaps more procedures after being trained.
