Am I qualified for this interview?

I put my application in for a pediatric interview yesterday and then I checked my e-mail this morning and I am already scheduled for an interview in the next week. I'm scared I'm going to get to the interview and they're going to see I don't graduate until the first week of May. I put it in my application multiple times that I'm not graduating with my RN until May but I had this happen before with another facility where I was selected for an interview but they didn't read vital information that was placed in my resume and application making me not qualified for the job. The application asked for nurses with pediatric experience or new grads with pediatric experience. I've worked as a pediatric nurse technician for the past four years so I considered that my experience but I am not technically a new GRAD, yet. Am I getting my hopes up? Or is there a possibility they would hold on to me as a candidate until May? I didn't expect a response so quickly to my application and now I'm worried it's just going to be a flop when they realize I'm not a graduate yet.

Call them an ask them . Some hospitals interview students who are about to graduAte . May is not far away . Good luck !!!

I would still go or call them because they may even decide that because you are a nurse tech in Peds you may be suitable. They may do something different with you..........you never know.

What are the responsibilities of a nurse tech on a peds floor?
