Alternate question study tools

Anyone have any good resources for the pictures where you point and click or for audio questions? I noticed that kaplan doesn't have audio questions but it's something I would like to practice

There was an app I used from Davis Mobile that had only alternate format questions and I think there were a couple audio questions (NCLEX-RN Alternate Format). I understand wanting to brush up on this but I wouldn't spend a ton of time here. I have not heard of many audio questions showing up on each NCLEX test. As a matter of fact the 7 people in my class that have taken the NCLEX did not have one. I didn't have any alternate format questions except for 2 drag and drop ordering questions, and they were uber easy.
