AKO account

My recruiter sponsored my account and yesterday I received an e-mail with the info I need, the username and password. I still can not log in. Is there a trick or something I need to know? Or does it take a bussiness day or so for it to work?

Hiya hopeful!

If you can't get into your AKO account using the username and password that your Recruiter used to sponsor you with, might I suggest you register yourself (again). At the very least it will tell you if you have an account...Then perhaps you can request your password be sent to you and you can then change it....

remember the username is your firstname.lastname (example: mary.smith) and the password is case sensitive. Do you have a middle initial that might have been used in the username? {{just thinking out loud}}

good luck!
