Aims CC or Front Range CC for LPN to RN bridge

I'm relocating to Colorado this summer to the Greeley area and wondering which school to choose for the LPN to RN bridge program. Does anyone have any experience with either of these schools? Deciding factors for me would be length of waitlist (I don't want to wait 3 years!! YIKES!), NCLEX pass rate, and knowledge and skill level of instructors. Thanks in advance for any insight!!

    I graduated from AIMS. No wait list anymore. It was a brutal program- 33 students started... 18 graduated. I've heard many good things about Front Range. Good luck!!

    I doubt there would be a waitlist at either school to get into the RN part b/c like the pp said alot of students drop out the 1st year thereby there are vacancies in the 2nd year. You just have to have the prereqs completed.

    There is a wait (at least there was for the students the bridged the last semester. How many LPN-RN students can enter in 3rd semester varies on how many fail second semester and how many regular students they let back in. In my semester they had 6 LPN-RN students start during 3rd semester and no re-admits for the ones that failed. In talking to the students that started they had been on the waitlist for a year. FRCC-Larimer is a pretty tough program but they have a really good NCLEX pass rate. 100% for the last semester and 2009 I think it was, 98% in between. It's on the state website. Since getting National Accreditation in 2009 they have really stepped up there game.
