I was wondering if anyone had any advice to give. I am about to start nursing school in January and want to know what skills I need to brush up on. Is there anything you can think to tell me that you wish you knew before you started nursing school? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

If you are weak at math, you may want to practice dosage calculations on your own time. My school required a 100% score on the dosage calculations test. Any student who could not pass it within 3 attempts was kicked out of the nursing program. Believe me when I say that my school did kick 3 students out for not being able to achieve the 100% score by the third attempt.
Nursing fundamentals gives some students trouble because it is so much to take in, so you might want to find an old nursing textbook and get started on learning this part of the curriculum.

Stay on top of your reading when school starts. Make school a priority and just do it. Prepare to be overwhelmed. Prepare to be frazzled and make a plan now of how you will deal with it later. When school starts and you are overwhelmed and frazzled, remember that you knew it was going to happen and review your plan to get through it. Sounds stupid but it will help.
