Advice for recent grad

What is the best way to tell a manager that the job is not fit for you. I am currently going through orientation as a recent graduate. After several days, I feel the hospital is not the right setting for me.

thank you for any advice

First, please give it more time than several days. You are making a huge transition from student to licensed nurse, and it is not easy and will be overwhelming. The only exception I can see for this would be blatantly alarming things, such as being given an assignment with no preceptor or abuse of patients. If, after giving it some more time, you still feel the same way, ask for a meeting with your manager. Be sure to thank them for the opportunity but that this is not the right fit for you.
