Advice re any additional courses

I am a UK RN and have recently received my US fl license having passed the NCLEX.

I would be so gratful if anyone could advise me if I have to complete any additional courses?

I read something somewhere that I had to complete a HIV awareness course?

Can anyone tell me if this is the case and if so, is this a distant learning course?
