Advice needed

Hello, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant trained and currently working in the Caribbean. Im interested in working overseas, preferably Canada or the U.S but have no idea where to start. I believe also that I might have to be trained again depending on the country as I might not be acredited there. Can anyone lend some adcice on this, thank you.

    This training usually will not meet requirements however there are many different routes for Canada, suggest checking out CIC website. US will be much harder.
