If you have a BSN degree in PH and not a GC holder, I would suggest that you forget about NCLEX-PN.

It will not allow you to work legally as PN per immigration. Being licensed as a US PN by passing the NCLEX-PN is just half the story to be able to work legally. You also have to be legal per immigration and a PN will not allow you that. You cannot be petitioned for being a PN.

You will just be wasting your time being licensed as a PN if you do not hold a GC already. Better spend the time actually reviewing for NCLEX-RN instead of taking the NCLEX-PN w/c will not have any purpose at all if you cannot work as PN and petitioned for it anyway.
