Oct 25, 200916 yr In this current job market, not having experience seems to be the big limiter, but also hearing many places that are taking BSN over ADN as they are getting a more educated person for the money
Oct 25, 200916 yr No; experienced only at this time. Willing to pay for travelers versus training new grads. It's cheaper in the long run.
