Does just having an associate degree in nursing limit your hiring probabilities compared to having a BSN?

In this current job market, not having experience seems to be the big limiter, but also hearing many places that are taking BSN over ADN as they are getting a more educated person for the money

No; experienced only at this time. Willing to pay for travelers versus training new grads. It's cheaper in the long run.
