Hi! At my interview, I spoke with the program director, 2 professors, and a current student. It was very laid back and everyone was very friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. They asked me some questions related to why I chose nursing and why I want to pursue an accelerated program, as well as some questions about my current job and how I think it’ll help me in my future nursing career. Overall, it was a really positive interview experience and gave me a great impression of the program.

Hey! Just like fkm interview, mine was with the program director, 2 professors and a current student. They started off asking me if I wanted to tell them anything else about me that was not in my resume, application and personal statement. Don't be too nervous they were all nice and answered my questions. Like fkm mentioned, I did get a positive impression about the staff at adelphi. They did ask me how my current job helped me decide to turn to nursing. My bachelors is in sociology so they asked me a bit about the research I did in undergrad. Regular interview questions like "tell me a time when you faced a conflict and how you overcame it". My interview was around 30ish minutes. They did go over the program structure a bit as well. Hey guys, Is there anyone already create your "American data bank " account? Why the PPT said we should order Adelphi's Master package? Isn't the program is bachelor program?

Hey I just looked over the powerpoint, I havent done it yet but it says to order the master package and then sign up as as undergraduate.

Hey so I just bought the package, I looked through it and I believe we'll have to get the covid vaccine. Does anyone know how we could get it? I havent gone to get my physical done yet so I'll be sure to ask my doctor when I see them but figured I'd ask you guys in case anyone knows about how to get it earlier ?

I am pretty sure all of you recieved the email from Louise regarding the health forms. I already created my American Data bank account and I'm currently compliant. Do we need to forward the health forms that Louise sent to Adelphi?

Has anyone who’s been accepted received a financial aid package yet? I submitted my FAFSA ages ago and still haven’t received anything from them haha

I'm not entirely sure how financial aid works now, an advisor a few months ago for a different program told me that you don't receive financial aid through FAFSA for a 2nd bachelors degree. I submitted my FAFSA anyway just to give it a shot but I never received anything from them.
