Hello, I read a lot about how medical assistants refers themselves as a nurse and that it frustrates the real nurses.
so my question is, how do you address the MAs' in the clinical setting? For example, if I see a nurses but don't know their name, I can call them "nurse! can you please help me." How about the MA? do I say, "assistant! please help me?" kind of awkward.

1) Get to know their names
2) Make a general call for help. "Are there any MAs available to help?"
3) Go up to the person and ask them for help.
