Additional TRF for Visa Screen

Hi. Im am applying for my visa screen and I am asking british council to send my TRFfor the English Requirement. Please help me which one should I choose to send it to them

Please advise us about which of these two options you would like us to use in sending your IELTS test results to CGFNS/ICHP:

1. Free dispatch – This is a free service through which we offer to send IELTS results to CGFNS/ICHP through DHL. Twice a month, we send a batch of IELTS results to CGFNS/ICHP for test takers who availed themselves of this service.

Those who have existing CGFNS/ICHP number can avail themselves of this option. The CGFNS/ICHP number must be written on the request form. If you will be availing yourself of this service, please note the schedule of processing for this type of request:

o Deadline for submission of request forms is every 12^thand 28^th of the month.

o We send the results every15^th and 30^th of the month.

o CGFNS/ICHP will receive the IELTS results in 2 to 3 days starting from the date we sent it out.

Please note that an individual DHL airway bill number is not available for this service since the IELTS results are sent in batches.

1. Electronic sending – This is another free service that we offer to IELTS test takers where we send a copy of the Test Result Form to CGFNS or ICHP electronically. This has the same cut-off and sending dates as the free dispatch. The IELTS result is immediately available for viewing at CGFNS/ICHP after the electronic transmittal.
