Additional nursing certifications

I am a recent graduate from nursing school (this Dec will be one year:mortarboard: ) I have been working on a busy telemetry floor for 8 months. I do luv the job, but I know physically I cannot floor nurse forever. I am 39 years old and really do not want to go for the BSN, however, I would like to work in a cardiac rehab, home health, primary care center, etc. someday. I am taking my ACLS in two weeks. I have taken the ECG class. My question is what other certifications should I look to obtain. I am going to stay on this floor for a few years but I do want to think of the future. Any advice. Thanks in advance. :nurse: :wavey:
