Adding more units to complete the course for being a BSN

Hi Im a graduated nursing student from the Philippine and currently living here in california. I challenge the RN exam here but the the board says i need to go back to school and get more units to complete the course. Does anyone can help me finding schools and whatbe the step by step about this. Thank you.
