This may be a stupid question, but I am new to this and some of these ICU's I have a hard time deciphering. Is there a thread out there that spells out all of the acronyms such as CVICU, MICU, SICU, CABG, IABP...etc? I understand that there may be too many to list, but I just want some of the most often used ones.

As you get your feet wet, these acronyms will become second nature to you. It just takes some time in grade.
Best of luck.
