Congratulations!!! I didn't get the mail yet, they said I'll be getting it at some point next week. How about you? Do you have any idea about the schedule? I have so many questions....can't wait to start the program. Let's keep in touch and I'll let you know if I find out anything else.

I don't know much yet either. Hopefully we'll get some more details soon! Are you taking anything Summer Session 1? I'm gonna do the biochem.

A minor update, but sometime in the past couple of days, my application status changed to "Decision Mailed." Hopefully something is on its way! I'm really looking forward to getting more information!

I just received a phone call that I have been accepted! Still waiting to hear back on 2 other programs (and to see what financial aid packages look like), but very excited about the Simmons program!

Just checked in with my advisor via email. Waiting to hear back and for my financial aid info to arrive in the mail.

MassRN, did you attend the accelerated BSN program? Any thoughts on how it prepared you or your employment opportunities after gradution? I have been accepted and I really like what I've heard about the program, but have also been accepted to a considerably less expensive accelerated BSN. I am really torn! Any advice is appreciated!

Ok, I'd like to hear a response to cooper33's post too! I'm in freak out mode right now as well. I'm waiting to hear from someone about my Dix scholar application status to that I may separate from the military. My app is in final review, so wish me luck. If not, then I will have to reenlist for another 4 years just to have job security until I am able to apply again to nursing schools. (not the end of the world) In the meantime, I'll just begin my Master's degree program online. I am trying to remain positive and I expect to to get an acceptance letter in the mail soon! I thought that military life was challenging, but this waiting game is no JOKE! I need some reassurance. Waiting for another week or two sounds impossible right now.
