Accelerated Nursing Programs

I hope this is the right place to post this ....

Does anyone know of a website with a comprehensive list of accredited 2nd Degree/Accelerated BSN programs? I've been searching through allnursingschools.com, and although its name implies that it lists "All Nursing Schools", it really doesn't. I've seen some programs that aren't even listed on the website :icon_roll

Thank you! :)

When I was hunting for a 2nd degree accelerated program, the only resource worth anything was the NLN publication on BSN programs. It was comprehensive and neutral. That was 22 years ago so I looked at their web site and found this:

http://www.nln.org/research/sasnrn.htm

That should cover it. You may want to contact the NLN before you buy. I don't know of any place on line you can get this info for free.

Large community libraries, college libraries, and college career centers may also have a similar directory of programs which you could access for free.

i hear that! i have been trying to locate a comprehensive list on the web. no luck, so i have had to go on the websites of every bsn program in my state and search around the site and/or email the program to see if they have an accelerated one. good luck! lemme know if you come across one and i'll do the same : )
