Accelerated BSN

I was wondering if anyone had anything to say or any advice about ABSN programs as I am starting my application process for these programs (I am receiving my BS in Psych in May and want to be a PMHNP someday!).

Also, what did people do for money for the duration of the program? Financial aid? Scholarships? I'm just looking for specifics because I will soon be needing funding for a good year/year and half without having a job and would love some advice about the financial side or in general..

    I am taking out loans. I am currently work 15 hr and doing okay. Its not that you cant work it's just you can only work a little. As soon as you enter find a study group. If you have time look over your A&P it always handy and buy pharm. flashcards because its alot of info cramed into a short period of time. the more you prep now the better. Buy a n-clex review book because testing in nursing is all about the best answer not just the on that is correct. the sooner you learn how to read n-clex qestion the better your grades will be. Hope this helps.
