    Little of both. I've been in the same position doing the same thing for a long time. I spent a couple years off and on looking for different jobs in the industry without much luck. Getting a new job doing something different but still in biotech without a pay cut wasn't going to happen. So started considering a career change. Nursing had long been in my mind as a possibility, just over a year ago I started working towards it. Start a aBSN program in August.
