There are many symptoms which aren't fixed in the sickness of the heart. (It isn't mentioned in the book.) Staff's correspondence is equal in never succeeding, too. I have troubles very much. I am irritated when I face a problem and don't solve it, too.
But, that problem can't be solved fully, and most of the inpatients fall into the morbid conditions. The nurse of my office doesn't solve it scientifically to the patient's problem, but she often copes with it with a patient experience till now. That is cruel, and a patient is sometimes called it. I see that, and think myself ashamed. Is that only a Japanese nurse?
As for the nursing plan as well, there is actual condition that patient's information isn't examined fully and planned. I don't understand that.This time, I did the nursing research which related to EBN. But, is EBN suitable for the patient who has the sickness of the heart? I listened to the opinion more than a staff. The staff of the foreign countries will think how. I want your opinion. I want to provide the nursing which is good for the patient. Only that.
