I am a recent graduate and received a DUI in California before I could pass my test. I received a letter from the BRN asking for court documents, arrest reports, etc.
On the bottom of the letter from the BRN:
Should you fail to provide the requested documents within one year from the date of this letter; your application will be considered abandoned.â€
I passed the one year mark and now I'm worried that I won't be able to become a nurse at all.
Is there any possible way to reapply for consideration in taking the NCLEX?
Does anyone have any experience or more information about abandoned applications?
Anything helps and thank you for your time!
Best,
