I work in a hospital, today there was a group of nursing students touring my department. It has taken me so long to get to where I am today. I am finishing my pre-nursing courses and will be applying very soon. It was highly motivating to see all those crispy, new white uniforms.
A year from now that will be me!!

Awww I know that feeling well. Last fall I had microbiology and many of the students got their acceptance letter at the beginning of the semester to start in the Winter and they had their orientation right before the our final and they a gew of my friends had their pins with their name and it said our schools name and BSN student. They also had their uniforms and other stuff, it made me want it so bad. Now its my turn and I cannot wait to start next semester and I am getting all my stuff ready now-cannot wait!!!! Good Luck!

That is so exciting and fun. I had my first lab skill on Wednesday and we had to wear our uniform to school and I felt so proud to be wearing it, I know it's corny but you work so hard to get to that point. I remember when I first had seen the students wear them and I walked by in envy. Hang in there and you will get your turn :)
