Hello,

Has anyone ever read the book A Nurses Story, Life, Death and In-Between In An Intensive Care Unit, by Tilda Shalof?

How is the book?

I read it about 2 months ago. It's very good. And it was an interesting peek into Canada's health system, because she worked in Canada.

I read it and liked it very much. Helped to solidify my decision to get into nursing.

Read both of her books and loved them. Since I am out of school til next Fall I am reading all the nurse books I can find!

I need to do a paper for a communications class about teamwork in the healthcare field. I have done searches online for articles about it but I would like some input into a more specific aspect of teams or groups in hospitals, or wherever...Something that is timely and pertinent. Any ideas on a subject that involves teamwork for around a 5 page paper? I am looking for ideas from those who are experienced, job related or clinical related. Please let the ideas be real and not venting... I really appreciate it!!! Thank you.
