why?

why do you ***** me out when i didn't get something done?

This is my first time being in a forum, please bare with me. I am also a very bad speller. I am an ED nurse who works in a level 1, county hosp. I run my ass off and well a human, I promise that I work hard and am giving my pt everything I have to help them. But the hosp. I am at, the inpt nursing staff won't take pt's,they make fun of you when you don't get things done?

Why can't we support each other and fight for each other. I think if we could get people to stand together we could accomplish so much more.

We could get better pay

we could get better benefits for us and our families

better working conditions

more help , ancillary staff?

What do you think? absolutely crazy? what do you want out of nursing? If you had a perfect job senerio what would it be?

It's not just your spelling -- my first impression of your post was that it was incoherent and you're using unacceptable language. Even after re-reading your post several times, I'm still not sure what it's about.

Supporting each other and fighting for each other -- sounds like you need a union. I know a lot of nurses are anti-union, but I've had much better working conditions in union hospitals than in non-union hospitals.

As far as what I want out of nursing -- a stable job with a living wage and good benefits, and I have that. But that doesn't seem to be what the first part of your post is about. Please clarify.

What exactly is being complained about that you didn't do? I don't exactly know where your post was going either. Can you clarify?
