:hug:I am so sorry for you loss. My Grandma Used to say the good Lord won't give you anything he doesn't think you can handle.....I know there are days I wish he didn't trust me so much. Have a good cry.......now get back out there and do your Aunt Proud!!!!

So sorry this is happening, but the truth is, life happens while you are planning other things (quote from John Lennon I think). Even after you graduate people will be sick, die, cars conk out on you, the house catches fire----. I believe you are having a lot of stress due to nursing school and then LIFE is just too much to add to that. So sorry about the loss of your aunt. I recommend you find a counselor (school may have someone or your insurance may pay for someone). You need to learn how to cope better. Maybe ask for family/friends to help in other areas. Once you are out of school I hope things calm down some. Good luck

Life on top of nursing school is insanely difficult.
Personally, I went through a divorce and lost seeing my children everyday. I had other issues pop up but those two hit me the hardest.
I actually came to thoroughly resent school as I felt it somehow played into the demise of my happy life, as I knew it.
I had no choice but to trudge on as I was looking at a future as a single woman.
I have seen other students deal with divorces, deaths... and even their own cancer!
Please work on dealing with your issues.
I tried to fight through school without seeing a counselor and I ended up failing twice.
Then I had the stress of getting myself reinstated, which I obviously did.
One thing I did, besides a counselor, was always bringing myself back to the image of seeing my children pinning me on graduation day.
Wishing you the best.
