  1. Hi, may I ask what a New Mexico license for RNs looks like?? Does it contain a picture of the licensee?? Am just curious, coz when I applied for licensure, we are not asked for a picture to be affixed on the application form. Or if one had already passed the application process and NCLEX, then that is the time thay the NM BON will request for a copy of the licensee's picture. Thanks.
  2. When we applied for licensure at NM BON last Dec 2006, we sent 2 sets of the downloaded forms printed on hard cards and both were accepted by the NM BON. However, starting Jan 2007, according to the NMBON website, applicants have to request via email the fingerprint cards. Pls. check their websites for the email address.
  3. We sent our applications via LBC and according to the mail tracker, our applications were received last Dec. 1 by the NM BON.
  4. ric13 when did you send your application to NMBON? My friends and I sent ours last Nov. 28 and our school credentials were sent earlier - last Nov. 7 and yet up to now, we still have not received our eligibility/ies. Thanks
  5. Hi, there was this question in the application form (page 3) for vermont, that is - if i have practiced nursing for at least 120 days (960 hours) during the last 5 years or 50 days (400 hours) in the last 2 years. Then there was also the question of employment. I graduated in April 2005 and passed also the local board June 2005. I rendered volunteer service to a local hospital here in the Phil. for about 8 months and at present a part time clinical instructor in a state university. What should I write/place in the questions above??? I'm quite confused. Can I just leave the questions unanswered?? Or do I really need to have practiced nursing for such hours before applying to Vermont?? Thanks

Hi, My friend wants to work in CT. He had already passed the CGFNS exam and is now applying for the IELTS and plans on sitting for the NCLEX next year. Now he wants to know how does one apply for the NCLEX to be eligible for licensure for CT?? He had downloaded the application forms (11 oages including the instructions). Had requested the service of CGFNS to send his school credentials evaluation to CT BON. Is this the correct process? How about fingerprint cards??? Is it not required??? Your help will be greatly appreciated... Thanks.
