Any new grad positions open for the Inland Empire?

Hello everyone! I have had my official vocational nursing license for about a whole month now, and I been on many interviews so far with nothing back! I've been also following up on interviews and still no feed back!

During interviews they do make things clear about how I don't have nursing experience. How do they expect experience as a new grad when they don't even give me a chance! But I'm not giving up.

Does anyone know of any kind of nursing facilities or agencies hiring new LVN's? Particular the Inland Empire area. I'm willing to commute if the pay is awesome.
