Leaders must be ready and willing to lead by taking needed Action: Since leadership often requires making difficult decision, how come so many "Leaders" seem to be afraid to act? Many "Leaders" seems to behave as if no action is taken, matters will work themselves out. While in a small minority of situation.

I see English may not be your first language. I am sorry, I am having a hard time understanding what you mean to say here. Can you please clarify/provide more information?

Thank you.

I need advice from anyone when i became a leader how can be lead my team in the perfect manner?

There is NOT a" perfect way". You lead by example. You strive for EXCELLENCE, never PERFECTION.

If you want others to do right, you must do right. You have to have their back at all times, meaning you back them up when they need your authority and understanding.

You have boundaries. You don't get too chummy with any of your subordinates. That is not to say you cannot be friendly, but you keep a professional distance and never share delicate information about one nurse with another. You don't hang out on "facebook" with them....you keep that separate and you keep your social media separate from your work. Critical if you are a leader/manager.

You are a stabilizing influence. When things are getting really bad, and the proverbial poop is to hit the fan, you are the epitome of calm and control. Have your panic attack when the crisis is over, but DURING the crisis you can function without falling apart. Others see you do this and they emulate it.

You care about others, you build them up. You praise and celebrate their accomplishments, rewarding them for doing things well. You take GENTLE correction when they are not. You never belittle or put down others; you do your best to help them be THEIR best.

There is so much more. This is just what I am thinking.

Get some good books on Leadership in nursing and attend conferences.

Good luck.
