Has anyone started in summer?

I really want to apply for the Summer 2015 class but everyone is telling me how unbelievably difficult it is and that I should wait. Is it really that much worse than fall?

I started in the summer. The only difference is that the summer session is shorter. So there's a shorter time frame to consume concepts than in the other semesters. However, it was doable. There's always that talk of the "summer start" but honestly, you're going to be in school during the summer on a term anyway, so there's no getting away from it.

I was going to start this Summer also, but have changed my mind and going to wait until the Fall. I spoke to my Nursing dept. and they advised me to wait until the Fall. She said that they have a lot fail because so much is crammed into the Summer. I also spoke to a fellow student who started last Fall and she also highly recommended me to wait. She said that there is so much to know for Fundamentals and that you really have to understand this before you can move on. I will finish my prereqs this Spring so I have decided to take the Summer off and spend as much time with my kids that I can. I am sure that it can be done as long as you dedicate the time needed for studying.
