JSU Fall 2014 Applicants?

Anyone applying for the nursing program at JSU for fall? Just wondering hoping maybe we could connect? I start a class at JSU tomorrow during the May 4 week. Hope to hear from you guys!

I am applying for Fall 2014. I had planned to just apply for next spring because I am still missing one class (chemistry) but found out it was okay and I just have to finish it by August. So now I'm rushing to get my ducks in a row, to get my application in by June 1.

Do you know when the letters will go out?

I am not applying but I wanted to wish you luck. I have a B.s in psychology from JSU but my best friend got her B.s in nursing from there.

From what I hear, the program is intense but doable.

Good luck to you.

I was admitted for Fall 2013. I got my letter on July 17th. Good luck! The program is intense, but it's passable. FYI, the last GPA admitted last year, if I remember correctly, was a 3.69. I'm not sure how important the GPA is now that they require an ACT score.

(MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) told me last fall(2013) a 3.55 was needed. However, this year they have required your ACT score as well. Which also according to him someone with a lower gpa can froghop someone if they have a high enough ACT. Letters will go out starting July 14th! Good luck everyone!

Thanks for all who posted!
