I thought we should start a new tread so we could stay up to date on any news regarding Parkland. I only applied to NICU and L&D nurse resident positions and graduate in May from UTA. I'm still praying Parkland calls!!

Oh good! Our own thread. my friend called HR and she said they will be looking to interview next week. So cross our fingers we get a call! :)

I think it's all of them! She wasn't specific. Does anyone know when the residency will begin? is it july?

I applied for ER, SICU, and NNICU Admin (NICU administration - although, I'm not sure what exactly this means. I was hoping for NICU but the apps had closed so If I get this hopefully it's a foot in the door!)

I got an e-mail today from HR for the SICU position saying it met the minimum requirements and was sent to the hiring manager so I'm crossing my fingers for a phone call/e-mail soon!

Hey everyone, just a quick update. Parkland called a couple of people today for interviews for L&D. I haven't received a phone call yet.

Do you know if the people they called were people that already work at parkland? I'm getting really nervous now :/

no they both do not work for parkland. I'm getting nervous too! I hope we hear something soon!
