Hendrick Medical Center Abilene, TX--What is the pay like?

Hi,

Does anyone here know the starting rate for BSN RN, no experience, at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene. And I would appreciate other inputs about the town or the hospital.

    I believe the starting pay is high teens to low $20s per hour ($19 to $21). Abilene is a dry West Texas city with a large military presence due to a base being in close proximity. It is also somewhat of a college town because Abilene Christian University is in the city limits. The culture is religious and ultra conservative since it is in the Bible Belt.
