Know of a great review for new nurses?

Hey there! I'm in my first year of nursing, and I'm wanting to start reviewing here and there of systems because I definitely do not remember everything from nursing school. I want to make sure that I'm refreshing on everything a little at a time so that I can be as prepared as possible for my patients and future as a nurse. Of course, I always have my books and NCLEX review materials, but I was just curious if any of you knew of any other great resources that I should check out? Thanks!

and even just basics because I definitely do not remember everything from nursing school

IMO, the most important things to know when you start your first job are assessment techniques. I think preceptors don't expect all your skills to be up-to-date, but you may get some really weird looks if you can't do a head-to-toe assessment on your own from the get-go. You should also know how to document and know the proper terms for results of assessments. As for patho and meds, I would wait until you are offered a job so that you know what to focus on.
